Returns
Most items may be returned within 30 days of shipment. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and components included.
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. In some cases, we may ask for photos of the item and packaging before approving the return.
Returns that are sent back without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to final sale items, special-order products, used items, damaged items caused by misuse, or products returned without original packaging or missing components.
For safety, hygiene, or manufacturer restrictions, some categories may also be excluded from return eligibility.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will work to make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days after the returned item is received and processed for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
If you need a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us. We will review the request and, when applicable, arrange a replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and must follow the standard return process.
